2026 Sports Calendar

When does registration open?
Registration for youth sports open approximately three months prior to the season beginning.

Why does registration close so early?
Youth Sport registration closes approximately six weeks prior to the season beginning to allow time to complete rosters, order, and receive/sort uniforms.

How will I know information about my child’s team?
You will receive an email invitation or text message from MOJO Sports. All team communication and season information will be relayed using this app. A Parent-Player Meeting is also held prior to the season in order to cascade season specific information and answer any questions you may have.

How do I know when registration opens? 
We announce registration information on our social media pages- Facebook and Instagram pages. Public information regarding registration dates, deadlines, and other important announcements will be posted on our social media platforms.

I missed the registration deadline, what can I do?
To be added to the waitlist, visit the specific sport’s page that you are interested in joining. A waitlist link will be available to add your child to the sports waitlist.

Don’t see a waitlist link? Please email sports@westoverhills.church with the sport you are interested in along with your child’s name, age, uniform size, and a parent’s phone number.
